Expression And Significance Of Adiponectin In Colon Carcinoma

Objective:To study Expression and Significance of adiponectin in normal colon and colon carcinoma,and to clarify the relationship between normal colon and colon carcinomaMethods:63 patients who had taken colonoscope divided into the following groups: colon carcinoma group and normal colon group.The expressions and sites of adiponectin in colon tissue were detected dy immunohistochemical staining,and the quantitative analysis of the positive expression was carried out through the imagine analysis system. Applying to method of statistics analyticed feature of variation.Results:In normal colon group adiponectin express in cell envelope and cytolymph of glandular cell of colon tissue.and in colon carcinoma group adiponectin express in cell envelope and cytolymph of tumour cell. The percentage of positive area of colon carcinoma was significantly difference compared with the normal colon. (p<0.001) .In colon carcinoma group, The percentage of positive area are significance among poorly differentiated group, moderately differentiated group, well-differentiated group.
