| Medical records management system is essentially to hospital patients as the center's computerized management information system. Its research and implementation, to raise the level of medical management, regulate hospital medical records, reduce medical costs, better services to patients, has a very important significance.Based on the study of medical information and medical records management dynamic development, This paper is a brief discussion to the lack of the current internal Medical Records management system, and give a detailed research and development project.This paper, base on the otolaryngology head and neck surgery as core of it, discuss in detail the development of case history management system as a whole. Major Development content includes system requirements analysis, system Overall design, system detailed design.System Requirements Analysis is mainly from the demand for functional and non-functional requirements two areas. And it is the fundamental basis of system Research and development.System design comprehensively expounded the system design ideas and results from system development environment, software architecture, database design, Server-side applications design, and client-side applications design Etc. It is the core of this paper.Due to length limitations, this paper not discuss the detailed design of this system in detail, we just give some design ideas.In the final of the paper, is a brief discussion about the system features, These features of the system is different from other medical record management system .They are also key points of Upgrade the medical record management system to another high.The system has been in operation in Shanxi Medical University Hospital otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Initial Run show that the system is stable and reliable .And it can meet the otolaryngology head and neck surgery case management requirements, It played a very good role in the full realization of Case management.
