Objective:Through the study of patients admitted to our hospital for otorhinolaryngology surgery in recent two years, the case data of patients were analyzed and summarized by statistical method, the related factors of infection after otorhinolaryngology surgery were discussed and analyzed, and the pathogenic microorganisms related to infection after otorhinolaryngology surgery were analyzed by molecular biological method.Biological isolation and identification, and then put forward effective control measures for standardized and institutionalized preoperative and postoperative reference, and lay the foundation for prevention and treatment of infection after otolaryngology surgery. Methods:The subjects were 860 patients who underwent otorhinolaryngological surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019.Among them,380 women and 480men were randomly divided into two groups.According to the"Diagnostic Criteria for Nosocomial Infection"issued by the Ministry of Health, close attention is paid to the observation of hospitalized cases by combining real-time monitoring with retrospective verification.Once a confirmed post-operative infection occurs, the patients will fill in the infection report and inform the Infection Management Department in time, and the object of study is confirmed. The software of SPSS 19.0and EXCEL tables were used to analyze the data of infected patients. The influencing factors of infection after otolaryngology operation were studied. The pathogenic microorganisms causing infection were identified by molecular biology and morphology. At the same time,120 patients who underwent otolaryngology surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups. One group was 60 cases in the control group and the other group was 60 cases in the observation group,in which the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine hospital treatment.Through statistical analysis of infection incidence of two groups of patients and investigation and induction of nursing satisfaction of each group of discharged patients, reasonable and scientific intervention measures were finally put forward. Results:In this study,860 patients with otolaryngology surgery were summarized and statistics showed that 44 patients had postoperative infection, the infection rate was5.12%.Among the 44 infected patients, respiratory tract infection was the main infection site, accounting for 36.36%,followed by urinary tract diseases accounting for 29.55%,operation time longer than 90 minutes of infection rate was 68.18%,hospitalization time longer than 7 days, the infection rate was 72.73%.Molecular biology and morphology analysis showed that infection was not caused by only one pathogenic microorganism, but mainly by the bacteria, including Gram-positive bacteria(G~+)and Gram-negative bacteria(G~-).The bacteria of infection rate was72.72%.Gram-negative bacteria were the main pathogens, accounting for 38.46%,including Klebsiella pneumoniae?Escherichia coli and Haemophilus influenzae and so on.In addition,Aspergillus sp.was the main fungus infection, accounting for28.84%.The comparative statistical analysis showed that the psychological state of patients in observation group was better than that in control group, and the satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing intervention observation group was 96.67%,and that of control group was 83.33%.The overall satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusions:1?Respiratory system is the main infected department after otolaryngologic surgery. Then, the infectious proportion of patients, whose operation time longer than90 minutes and hospitalization time longer than 7 days,is greater than 65%.2?The patients is mainly infected with bacterium and the infectious proportion is greater than 72.73%.And these patients may coinfected with fungi or virus.3?Good postoperative nursing intervention can promote the psychological state of patients...
