Emotional Quotient is one important survival ability,it is a kind of critical quality of uncover emotional potentiality and use emotional ability to effect life various.One succeed fact is emotional facts no but intelligence facts,the former is 20percent,the latter is 80percent.Empathy is enter-point of good nurse-patient relationship and essence of all nurse-patient communication.Ho(?)ver,empathy is the most important affection ability of Emotional Quotient,It make oneself and somebody's affection occupy optimum.Empathy not only is a work idea and communication skill,but also a effective work mode.,moreorve it is nurse personality self-cultivation.Empathy is enter-point of good content nurse-patient relationship and essence of all nurse-patient communication.High empathy ability nurse can offer rich hospitality service and make patient early recruitment in filling with loveing nursing environment.the Evaluation of clinical nurse empathy ability is the important content of ability of nurse-patient communication,This Evaluation can judge clinical nurse empathy ability,The feedback information form the evaluating can analyze the existing problems of nurse-patient communication and raise the used plan of cultivate clinical nurse empathy ability.Object:clinical nurse empathy ability.Purpose:Probing into the main elements of clinical nurse empathy ability; probing into the theoretical foundation of structuring evaluation indictors system of clinical nurse empathy ability;structuring a set of scientific and systemic evaluation indictors system of clinical nurse empathy ability.Method:Appling for the review study and theory study,probe into the base and principles of building up the evaluation indictors system of clinical nurse empathy ability;Appling for Delphi method to consult experts on indictors items,weights,intensions,indictors coverage etc,After analyzing dependability to experts'consulting suggestions,set up the indictors system.Result:1.From the qualitative analysis of experts'basic situations(Specialty correlating,Age structure,Post and Technical title,etc.)and the quantitative analysis to expert'authority(Authority Coefficient of experts were between 0.7500～0.9333, Authority Coefficient of expert group were 0.8484),Expert group had well authoritativeness and representative. 2.The questionnaires of the two rounds of consultation were collectd 96.9%and 100%respectively,and experts were high enthusiasm for the subject.There were 41.9%and 25%of experts who gave suggestions and comments in the two rounds of consultations respectively.3.After the two rounds of consultation,it is thus evident that collecting and analyzing: indicator important extent accredit between 81.5～100%,arithmetic mean between 4.2187～4.9062,coefficient of suggestions is between 8.0～17.8%,αCoefficient were between0.7319～0.8362,The coefficient of suggestions diminish,αCoefficient increasing,It indicate coordination extent increase gradually,the experts'suggestions of each indictor weight was centralized gradually.Conclusion:Put forward and propose the gist by which to structure the indictors system of clinical nurse empathy ability;structured a set of scientific and systemic evaluation indictors system of clinical nurse empathy ability.
