In this passage, we mainly study the phenomenon that there are so manypatients hospitalizing in big hospitals while much less in small ones. Through givingthe definitions for doctors' professional glory, typical doctors, and dividing thehospitals into two different types: big ones and small ones, we put forward a modelto explain the mutual choice when doctors are deciding which hospital to take job inand the patients are considering whether to go to see a doctor or which hospital to goto. In conclusion, patients' hospitalizing behavior is affected by their health state, theseverity of their illness at the beginning and their expectation on the doctors' treatinglevel; while the doctors' choice are also affected by the patients' choice to differenthospitals. Through analysis, we think that in order to improve the feasibility of themedical, promote the patients' trust to doctors in small hospitals, the key points areto change the bestirring mechanism the doctors are facing and change the importantconstitute of their professional glory which means the difference in the developingopportunity; On the contrary, typical doctors' choice when taking jobs also affect thepatients' hospitalizing behavior. In all, the conclusion here still accords the reality, itcan be used for reference to the reform on current medial treatment mechanism inour country and also to improve the phenomenon that there are so many patientshospitalizing in big hospitals while much less in small ones.
