Jinzhou has been the economical trade transportation fort since the ancient times. Brucellosis is an infectious disease caused by brucella invading into the organism of man and animals. It is harmful to the body health and development of the animal husbandry. The number of brucellosis of Liaoning is the third in the whole country in 2005, the incidence rate of human brucellosis in the Jinzhou area was 0.13/100,000 in 1999 and reached to 8.22/100,000 in 2005. Jinzhou is a severely afflicted area of brucellosis.Object and methods1. Investigation objectBrucellosis outpatients diagnosed in Jinzhou CDC are main objects of study with report cards and individual epidemiology examination tables collected from counties,cities and areas the Center for Disease Control in 1999 -2006. Collect the materials of the study on the Brucellosis flashpoint hotspot and the high-risk group.2. Investigation methodsUse the review investigation and present situation investigation to all Brucellosis cases above. Inquire morbidity time, the contact history and find out patient's treatment and disease burden, propagandize how to prevent Brucellosis to the patients and their family members, gather the patient and family members' end blood serum to make RBPT for the first test. If the result shows masculine, gather its venous blood serum for SAT for sure. It takes more from March to May.2.Brucellosis altogether involves 12 kinds of professional crowds, the farmer patients are the most, for 613 cases, accounting for 75.59%; Next follows the herdsman, for 71 cases, accounting for 8.75%; The worker, the people doing housework and out of work, students patients are 25, 21 and 18 respectively, accounting for 3.08%, 2.59% and 2.22%; Other occupations morbidity are few.3.Infection is mainly related to infected sheet and cattle including 632 cases, 38 cases are related to respiratory tract infection, and 21 cases are related to canal infection.4.Judging from the origin of infection, patients infected by sheep account for 64.2%; patients infected by cattle account for 29.8%, patients infected by pig, fox, deer account for 4.1%, patients for unsure reasons account for 5.2%.5.Patients are different from 1999-2003 to 2004-2006 by means of getting disease and correct diagnosis time, the first error diagnostic rate, and average expenses for treatment.Discussion1 .Brucellosis epidemic situation is increasing gradually in Jinzhou area, developing from rural area to city.2.People working in the cultivation, slaughters, the article of furskin processing are the high-risk group, the morbidity peak mainly concentrates in March to June, the popular areas are Linghai County, Yixian county,Beizhen County and Taihe District in Jinzhou.3.The hygienic guard and the animal surveillance correlation government department concerned should take and carry out some measures.
