Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Jiao's Scalp Acupuncture On Treatment Of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

PURPOSE:To evaluate the clinical effect of jiao's scalp acupuncture on treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.METHOD:A total of 60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were selected from January 2019 to October 2019 in the outpatient department of the national medical college of nanjing university of traditional Chine se medicine and STUDIO MEDICO Prof.MANGIARCINA VIA GIORGIO SCALIA 39 ROMA,00136 from Italy,According to the random number table,30 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the ratio of 1:1,both groups receive basic symptomatic treatment,the control group with body acupuncture treatment,the treatment group used jiao's scalp acupuncture,five times a week,over 3 months of treatment.Selects the nerve function defect score(NIHSS score)and daily life ability score(ADL score),to compare the clinical curative effectRESULTS:(1)Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in scores of neurological impairment(NIHSS score)and ADL score(P>0.05)(2)After the treatment,two groups of nerve function defect score(NIHSS score)and daily life ability score(ADL score)was improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group of nerve function defect score(NIHSS score)is lower than the control group,the treatment group(ADL score)is higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)(3)The significant improvement rate was 62%in the treatment group,which was higher than 34%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Jiao's scalp acupuncture is superior to body acupuncture on treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke and has a significant effect.It provides a certain clinical basis for Jiao's scalp acupuncture on treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
