Objective: To observe the the therapeutic effects of heparin in treatingdeep second degree burns. To study feasibility and advantage of treatmentfor burns with the combination of heparin and silver sulfadiazine. Methods: We select in randomized the patient with deep second-degreeburns. Using homebody comparison, the wounds of them were devidedthem into tow groups: The experimental group was handled with bothheparin and silver sulfadiazine (SD-Ag) at the early stage, while the controlgroup was teated with only SD-Ag in the whole process. Observation wasmade in the two groups, the healing time, the infection rate and the scardegree after healing. The statistical treatment is t-test and x~2-test by PEMS3.1 software.Compare clinical effects between different groups. Results:Clinical trials manifest,pain-reliieved ratio, the scar degree afterhealing in the group with both heparin and SD-Ag are better than thegroup with only SD-Ag.The difference is sibnificant between them(p<0.05). Healing time in the experimental group is shorter than thecontrol group (p<0.05). The infection ratio of the the two groups issimilar(p>0.05).Conclusion: Treating the wound of deep second degree burn withheparin can lighten the pain of wound, prevent the wound fromdeepening, shorten the healing time and lighten the healing scar. Treatingthe burn wound with the combination of heparin and SD-Ag is proved to besafe and dependable.
