Objective The tumours are stubborn enemy which can imperil our lives, every country invests much manpower and material in engaging in international multidisciplinary cooperation and the study and development of Antitumor medicine to solve the global difficult technical problem every year. Now, the treatments of the tumours are surgical operations, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but most patients are mid-term and advanced stage which miss the best opportunity, the radiotherapy and chemotherapy have some limitations though it can reach some curative effects. The medical science of our country is a great treasure-house, the therapies of traditional Chinese medicine to tumours have some curative effects, and have little side effects and light clinical reaction, thus, the medicine therapies to with combination of A and R need the combined methods of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In recent years, the study of the therapies of traditional Chinese medicine to tumours is a hot topic. To study the effect induced by A alone and combinated with R human cervical carcinoma MCF-7 cells, Hela cells to proved experimental basis with combination of A and RMethodsâ‘ MCF-7 cell Hela cells, line was treated by A or R Cell proliferationwas evaluated by MTT assay a method. Cell morphologicchanges were examined using light microscrope,â‘¡Flow cytometry was used to examine apoptosis on cervical carcinoma MCF-7 and Hela cellsResultâ‘ MTT assay showed that A inhibited human cervicalcarcinoma MCF-7 cells,Hela cells growth in vitro in a dose and time-dependent manner.â‘¡Apoptotic cell morphologic changes were examined using light microscrope, Flow cytometry showed that A induced the apoptosis in a dose andtime-dependent manner.â‘¢When treatment with combination of A and R, the inhibitory effect on proliferation, and apoptotic rate were markedly enhanced.Conclusionâ‘ A can significantly inhibit MCF-7 cells,Hela cells growth invitro.â‘¡A can induce apoptosis, down regulate the expression ofproteinand up regulate the expression.â‘¢When MCF-7 cell line's were treated with combination of A and R the inhibitory effect on proliferationand apoptosis were markedly enhanced.
