The Study To The Effect Of The Self-blood Injection On Plasma IFN-γ And IL-4 And Th1/Th2 With Asthmatic Rats

Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the change of the IFN-γand IL-4 in the asthmatic rats' blood after self-blood injection so that to explore the influence of disproportionality of Th1 and Th2 in asthmatic rats, and hoped it could provide an experimental evidence so that to guide the treatment of self-blood injection with the asthma patients.Method: Copied asthmatic rats as experimental animal models by ovum protein. Took blood from the hearts and injected the lung acupoint with asthmatic rats' blood, 0.5 milliliter blood per point, once a day, the course was ten days. Recorded rats' asthmatic symptoms and incubation period detailedly during the experiment; Took blood from the rats' hearts two hours after the last treatment and separated serum ,tested the IFN-γand IL-4 by ELISA, used t-test in comparison among groups. Result: The IFN-γand Ih-4 in the asthmatic rats caused by ovum protein were markedly increased comparing with the normal saline group which showed the disproportionality of Thl and Th2 in asthmatic rats. Injected the lung acupoint with asthmatic rats' blood could improve the asthmatic symptoms of the asthmatic rats, but the effect was not obvious. Injected the lung acupoint with self-blood could markedly improve the IFN-γin asthmatic rats and accelerate expression of IFN-γ. The IL-4 of the asthmatic rats was lower than of the normal saline group which showed the treatment could restrain expression of IL-4. Conclusion: The study showed that self-blood injection could improve the IFN-γin asthmatic rats and restrain expression of IL-4. That meaned it could correct the disproportionality of Thl and Th2 in asthmatic rats and it could be one of the important mechanisms of the treatment of self-blood injection.
