The level of acut reactors and inflammatory fators in type 2 diabetic bloods will be go up.Recent researches suggest that inflammatory factors play improtant roles in the pathogenesis and development of type 2 diabetes, and have important relationship with the blood vessels and the capillaries complications of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. As a kind of novel and sensitivity inflammatory factor, the hypersensitivity C-reation protein ( hs- CRP) is closely related with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus which is reported by many researches at is in the past few years. The theory may provide a new way how to prevent, diagnosis and treat vascular complications of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, the possible mechanism that hs- CRP increase include: The insulin resist, the insulin secretes the decrease, the cell factor to regulate the function etc. Hs---CRP measurements might play an important role in the development of T2DM vascular complications, and observed the diabetes clinical curative effect of the Diabetes Mellitus vascular complications.The Diabetes Mellitus belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine Xiao ke disease" category, most scholars think the traditional Chinese medicine disease machine of the Diabetes Mellitus, have a foothold in the deficiency of qi and yin , yin deficiency lead to heat hyperactivity, deficiency of the spleen and kidney qi, debility sees much. However in the last few years along with put forward of stagnation of blood theories, think that the stagnation of blood of T2DM observed the always esist. The modern research suggest that adding qi yin and invigorating the circulation of blood tradition Chinese Medicine can delay the natural progress, alleviate the circulation cloting of T2DM vascular complications and influence insulin sensitivity etc. So it can achieve the aim of treating T2DM vascular complications. The subject study the relation of the Chinese medicine benefit add qi yin and invigorate the circulation of blood and the treatment of T2DM vascular inflammation,through observing the treatment of T2DM patients who taking Tang Mai Kang which can add qi yin and invigorate the circulation of blood, for the purpose that fine a new way how to alleviate the vascular complications casing by the chronic vascular inflammations.Aim:To study the curative effect of adding qi yin and invigorating the circulation of blood traditional Chinese Medicine to alleviate the chronic vascular inflammations of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Method:According to Diabetes Diagnosis Criteria published by America Diabetes Association (ADA) on Diabetes Care 1997,7 and the deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome Diagnosis Criteria published on《Traditional Chinese Medicine new drug clinical research instruction doctrine》,we selected 60 cases and divided then into two group stochastically, experiment group and constrast group. We detected their FPG, 2hPG and hypersensitivity C-reation protein ( hs- CRP),evaluate the relationship of adding qi yin ,invigorating the circulation of blood tradition Chinese Medicine and the treatment of T2DM vascular inflammations. Result :1. All of the cases according with the diagnosis of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and the deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome.2. The cases of the deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome belong to heavy degree group have higher hypersensitivity C-reation protein ( hs- CRP).3. After treatment, the hypersensitivity C-reation protein ( hs- CRP) of experiment group is superior to the contrast group's.Conclusion:1. The deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome is one kind of common symdrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, the stagnation of blood of T2DM observed the always esist.2. The deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome is relate to T2DM vascular inflammations. The integral of the deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome are higher, their hypersensitivity C-reation protein are higher.3. Tang Mai Kang which can add qi yin and invigorate the circulation of blood conjugate drugs that can lower blood glucose can improve the patients of T2DM vascular inflammations who have the deficiency of qi yin and stagnation of blood Syndrome.
