Aims:Through retrospective study from Guang Dong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical since 5 years, To provide a more reasonable treatment program about Combination of TCM with western medicine for infection in fracture fixation.Methods:This part's systematic literature introduced the infection in fracture fixation relevant classification, etiopathogenisis, diagnosis and treatment. Focuses on the diagnosis and classification of the Infection in fracture Fixation and systematically review the internal and external treatments about it; Through literature studies we sum up a reasonable method-Combination of TCM with Western Medicine-to therapy this kind of disease. Clinical research part is to design retrospective cases of questionnaire to collect the treatment plan from 55 patients of Infection in Fracture Fixation in Guang Dong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical between 2001 amd 2007, contents about traditional Chinese medicine, cleaning focus of infection, dealing of bone sequestrum, dealing of internal fixation, recondition of stability, flushing and project of antibiot, on the basis of curative effect standard, Following up patients by telephone, collecting imaging information, recording retrospective cases of questionnaire.
