Clinical Study On Prevention And Treatment Snakebite Local Necrosis By Sheduqing Capsule

Objective To observe the clinical effect about the Sheduqingcapsule preventing and treating snakebite local necrosis.Method 80 patients which was bit by snake with blood circulationpoison and admixture poison and did not have local necrosis will be enterpreventing experiment (experiment 1),42 patients which was bit by snakewith blood circulation poison and admixture poison and have local necrosiswill be enter treating experiment (experiment 2),two experiments patientswere randomly divided into two groups,research and control groups. Allpatients accepted regular treatment, both two research groups add Sheduqingcapsule treat, observe and compare the data of two groups to estimate the effectof Sheduqing capsule.Result In experiment 1, research group heal rate is 85％,markedlyeffective rate is 92.5％, effective rate is 97.5％,control group healrate is 67.5％, markedly effective rate is 77.5％,effective rate is82.5％, the difference is significant in statistics (P＜0.05); The serumenzyme have significant difference in statistics at 24 hours later and theend ofthecourseoftreatment (P＜0.05); In experiment 2, research groupheal rate is 52.38％, markedly effective rate is 85.71％,effective rateis 90.48％,control group heal rate is 28.57％, markedly effective rateis 47.62％％, effective rate is 71.43％, the difference is significant instatistics (P＜0.05); The serum enzyme have significant difference instatistics at 24 hours later and the end of the course of treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion The Sheduqing capsule showed good effect at amelioratethe clinical symptoms, it can effectively prevent the happening of localnecrosis, shorten the course of treatment and ameliorate the serum enzyme.
