Nanometer high-frequency square pulse light technology is a new oncotherapy method using nanometer and photonasty technology. The principle is, when exposed under ultraviolet(λ<390nm), the nanometer material TiO2 will form the hole-electron-pair. With the effect of the space electrical field, the hole and the electrons disassociation and form ?OH,·O2- with H2O and dissolved oxygen respectively. These active oxygen react with the biomacromoleculars to directly or, through a series of peroxidation reactions, destroy the structures of organisms, therefore kill cancer cells,Based on this, the technology is to use the C-wave ultraviolet generated by cold light resource, adding high-frequency oscillation, to form powerful high-frequency photons. Combining organically the ultraviolet with the electrical current can effectively solve the problem that the C-wave ultraviolet's penetration ability can not meet the need. Then the method can make the ultraviolet photon meet the energy need of the surface electrons of the nanometer TiO2 and break down cancer cells. The physical characteristic of the high-frequency oscillation can also destroy cancer cells. Through the animal tumor model experiments, we study the therapeutic efficacy of using the nanometer high-frequency square pulse light technology to treat the kidney system tumor, therefore to provide theoretical proof to the new effective kidney malignant tumor-targeting method.Vaccinate 50 BALB/c nude mice with human ACHN cell line and randomly set 1 blank group and 4 therapeutic groups. Treat the four groups with high-frequency square pulse light and nanometer high-frequency square pulse light. The treatment cycle is 4 weeks. 1) Blank Control: without any treatment; 2) Group 1: mice which are treated by high-frequency square pulse light alone after being vaccinated for one week; 3) Group 2: mice which are treated by nanometer high-frequency square pulse light alone after being vaccinated for one week; 4) Prevention Group 1: mice which are used high-frequency square pulse light, after being vaccinated for 1 day, to prevent from oncogenesis; 5) Prevention Group 2: mice which are used high-frequency square pulse light, after being vaccinated for 1 day, to prevent from oncogenesis. The animals bearing xenografts were treated with 6527μW/cm2 high-frequency light. The anti-tumor effect was assessed by messuring tumor volume over a 4-week period, Compared the pathologic results. The morphologic changers were observed by macroscopy and microscopy via the histological examination. Observe the tumor growth condition and the tumor-repression change and compare the pathologic results. The tumor volumes of the control group increase obviously, whereas the tumor volumes of the therapeutic group decrease obviously or increase gently; The even tumor volume of the therapeutic group and the tumor growth curve is obviously lower to the control group and the statistically difference of the therapeutic efficacy is proved (P<0.05), but the therapeutic efficacy of the kidney cancer using nanometer high-frequency square pulse light was better than that of the tumor using high-frequency square pulse light (P<0.05). Synteresis of kidney carcinogenesis experiments results indicate that using high-frequency square pulse light and nanometer high-frequency square pulse light can prevent the production and development of the kidney cancer (P<0.05), Using high-frequency square pulse light and nanometer high-frequency square pulse light can cure the kidney cancer and, to some extent, prevent the production and development of the kidney cancer.
