The Clinical Research On BMI, WC And PBF Of Simple Obesity Treated By Acupuncture

59 obesity cases were divided into two groups in this clinical research, the treatment group including 32cases and the control group including 27cases. Among them, there are 44 women and 15 men. We use InBody 220-the body composition analyzer measure the ingredients of BMI, WC and PBF automatically in the body of obesity. With this technology, we will experience convinent and reliale analysis, then prove the efficiency of acupuncture in the clinical treatment of obesity. It shows that:1. Use InBody 220-the body composition analyzer measure the ingredients of BMI, WC and PBF automatically in the body of obesity before and after treatment, this will provide comparatively objective basement for the judgement of clinical effects.2. To treat obesity with acupuncture can aparently change the ingredients of BMI, WC and PBF in the body of the patients, that is the BMI decreased, the WC shortened, and the PBF lowered (P<0.05;P<0.01)3. Electro-acupuncture can improve the clinical efficiency in the treatment of obesity compared with normal acupuncture with significance of P<0.05, it will bring scientific basement in the clinical treatment of obesity.
