Purpose: to investigate effects of HuWngMingMu San(HWMMS) on cleaning experimental vitreous hemorrhage of rabbits and investigate its effects, and effects of protection on retina. To reduce the pulveres composite to cure the pathological process, and enhance the system of diagnosis.Method: The experimental vitreous hemorrhage was induced in both eyes of twenty four Chinese rabbits. The rabbits were divided into control group without any medicine, treated group with HuWangMingMu San(HWMMS),and with entoiodin.Their pathological change observed at twenty four hours, four weeks, and eight weeks after hemorrhage though direct ophthalmoscopy, and examinations include malondialdehyde( MDA),activity of SOD,activity of Na~+-K~+ ATP enzyme.Results:①Treatment group in vitreous only has a few red machine membranes;②The treatment comparison group has remarkable difference(P<0.05)comparied with the treatment group after make the mold for 24 hours on the glass volume blood graduation situation;③The treatment group after 4W, 8W and 24h,the level of the SOD in the retina obviously rises;④The level of MDA in The blank model group after 4W and 8W content obviously rises;⑤The Na~+-K~+ ATP enzyme activity in The blank model group remarkably drop(P<0.05)compared with that in the treatment comparison group;⑥The retina structure in the treatment group is more clear than that in the comparision group under the microscope. Conclusion: The HuWangMingMu San(HWMMS) could promote absorption of vitreous hemorrhage, and protect the retina from the damages caused by vitreous hemorrhage which is more perfectly than at the protection of the retina.
