Purpose1.Through clinical practice of Apparatus ZM5.1 for Diagnosis and Treatmentof the Disabled Children (shortened as ZM5.1), try to find out the variation scopeof the indicator of normal children aged 4-6, thus get their ability age by comparingwith the abnormal children of the same age.2.Through analyzing the internal consistency and discrimination validity, try tofind out the reliability and validity of. ZM5.1.3.To lay a foundation for the examination of the large samples of variou normalaged children and various disabled children by clinical test of the smaller ones.Method1. The five cognition tests are carried out among the normal children accordingto their span of one year. By analyzing the total scores and its sub-scores, the primarynormal scope of each age group is obtained. The internal consistency and itsreliability through its total and sub-scores are also examined and analyzed. The resultof every item is calculated in the way of dichotomy, and the difficulty coefficient isattained, thus to analyze the test of every item.2.Through the five cognition tests of sick children, the average score andstandard disparity are attained. By T-testing the normal group, the author try todiscuss the discrimination validity.3.At the same time, 20 children are tested of their language capability as well astheir S-S test. By consistent testing the result of the methods, the author try to findout the efficiency validity of the language development test. 4.To analyze the total scores and sub-scores of infantile autism and Down'sSyndrome, the character of the cognition and language of this group is examined.Result1.The average of total scores of 4 years old normal children groups was78.62±7.12, and their sub-total score is 0.94~49.38; the average of total scores of 5years normal group was 91.15±5.22, and their sub-total scores was 39.00~49.50; Theaverage of total score of 4 years normal group was 92.22±5.95, and that of sub-totalscore was 37.22~50.00.2. The Cronbach a of total test was 0.6775 and its standard result was 0.7419 andthe Cronbach a of sub-test was 0.5-0.7, which manifested the excellent internalconsistence and reliability3. The difficulty coefficiency varied from 0.447 to 1.00 and the total difficultystandards was somewhat low with descending difficulty from test 1 to 5.4. There was obvious statistic significance on the discrepancy of two groupsmentioned above (t=5.84, p<0.05), which indicated the strong discriminationvalidity.5. The Kappa of the language development test and S-S test for 20 children was0.829, which showed the consistency of the two tests.Conclusion1. Five cognition ability can be distinguished effectively by the above fivecognition tests.2. The language development test can find out different age stages of children'slanguage and provide measuring indicatiors.3. The ZM5.1 is still needed to be tested by large samples of various aged childrenand various disabled children.
