Language is the spiritual power to communicate. It includes the connection between sound and symbols, meaningful concepts that enable human to describe the external environment and abstract ideas.Alphabetic languages(e.g.English and French)and logographic language(e.g.Chinese,Japanese and Korean)are different types of written language which human often use.The Alphabetic language compose with alphabet that mapping pronunciation and spelling. The logographic language is mainly composed of characters as the basic unit, forming a space structure, and then expressing its meaning through visual forms.Previous studies of behavioral and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)have shown that these two language systems have different transmission pathways and are governed by different brain networks. The brain's structure and anatomy network are the basis of brain function,in currency study,We base on the structure magnetic resonance(MRI)structure and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging(DTI)technology research the brain gray matter structure, the myelination of language pathway and specificity of the anatomical network connection between the English native speakers and Chinese native speaker. Our found that the volume and thickness in left inferior frontal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and left primary motor cortex are significant difference between the English native speaker and Chinese native speaker as all there characters are higher in English native speaker a.We also find that there are significant difference of diffusion character of left IFOF,left SLF and left AF between English native speaker and Chinese native speaker.Base on the anatomy connect fingerprint we find that there are significant differences of connection in sub-regions of the middle frontal gyrus, the inferior frontal gyrus, the temporal lobe between English native speaker and Chinese native speaker. In Chinese native speaker, the connection from BA8 vl which is located in the middle frontal gyrus to many language regions are stronger than English native speaker. There are more sub-regions which located in left inferior frontal gyrus have significant stronger connection to author language regions than English native speaker. In contrary,in the English native speaker,There are more sub-region witch located in left there are more sub-region witch located in left inferior frontal gyrus have significant stronger connection to author language regions than English native speaker.have significant stronger connection to author language regions than Chinese native speaker. In addition,in our study,we find that there are more stronger connection form the A45 r which located in left inferior frontal gyrus and the TE1 which located in left temporal gyrus to other language regions that English native speaker, this suggest that this two sub-region may be more important in Chinese language processing. Our study also found that there are specific different connections in the two sub-languages which located in the supramarginal gyrus between English native speakers and Chinese native speakers.
