Research Of New Rural Co-operation Medical System Operational Efficiency Issue

It is a big problem of more than seven hundreds million peasants' seeing doctors andtaking medicine. It affects social development and social instability. It also affectswhether achieve the aim of constructing socialism harmonious society or not. On thequestion of settling mass of peasants' medical sanitary, traditional rural co-operationmedical system is a successful institution which solved most of peasants' medicalproblems successfully on the basis of poor collective economy. Along with the economicchanges and social transformation, now, under the new rural co-operation medical systemwhich is established to settle peasant's medicine issue, yet the problem is more and moreemergent, such as difficulties of seeing doctors, expensive medicine, many people couldnot afford the bill of hospital. Looking for its reason, the operational efficiency of thewhole system is a main problem. In order to find the low operational efficiency's reasonsof new rural co-operation medical system, The thesis researches and appraisal new ruralco-operation medical system's inherent mechanism, including resources dispositionmechanism, collecting fund mechanism, compensation mechanism and motivation fromsociology and social policy angle of view. On the basis of it, I put forward some rationalsuggestions for developing high efficiency of new rural co-operation medical system.
