Study Of The Operation And Development Of New Rural Cooperative Medical System

The new pattern cooperative medical system is farmers' medical mutual helping system organized, guided and supported by local government, which is the solution of the poverty problems of the farmer because of sickness and poor returns. To develop the new pattern cooperative medical system is a great measure to insure the health condition of the farmers, enhance the realization plans between the cities and countries, the development of economy and society as well as building overall well-off society. However, the establishing of the new pattern cooperative medical system is a complicate social system project, which has a lot of restricted factors, and there are many difficulties and problems in practice. This paper is based on the practical conditions in the proceeding of carrying out the new in Nanyi. In the fourth part, the investigation presents the deficiencies of the new pattern cooperative medical system by analyzing its result of undergoing in Nanyi, legislation, policy and management from the point of view of public management. The last part, in view of principal contradictions and question in Nanyi's new pattern cooperative medical system, proposed the countermeasure and suggestion of consummating Nanyi's new pattern cooperative medical system.
