| Objective: Gastroenterol ulcer disease is a common gastroenterol disease. About 10% people have suffered by gastroenterol ulcer disease. The pathogenesis is various and changeable. With understanding of the the disease`s reasons, professor Liuqiquan said the main reason of Gastroenterol ulcer is the sultry spleen and stomach, so the chief treating method should be ease the re and shi, cure the other disease at the same time. He created the trad.Ch.medicine method of Qingrehuashijiedu.Through observation on sixty patients and experiment on rats, the theme try to testify the effects of the trad.Ch.medicine method of Qingrehuashijiedu, and explain the work pattern of Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao.Methods: After the building of clinical standard, sixty patients were choosed and randomly divided into two groups: treat group and contrast group. Treat the first group with the trad.Ch.medicine method of Qingrehuashijiedu, treat the other group with Ranitidine. Finish the treatment, compare the curative effects: the photoes under gastroscope, the body feature in the trad.Ch.medicine, the main symptom, the tongue, tongue coating, the pulse, the diameter of ulcer, the infection of the HP. In animal experimemt, 35 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: the pseudo operated, the compare model, the Min cure dosage, the Max dosage, the compare treat. Except the frist group, the others all became animal model with method of"yanshi". Three days later, force them to take medicine, gave Natrii Chloridi to the pseudo operated groupand the compare model group. At the 14th day, killed the rats all, took Gastroenterol mucosas to determined it`s UI and restrain rate of ulcer; took blood to determined the EGT,the ET level of serum,the NO level of serum.Results:①With the standard of curative effects under gastroscope: in treat group, 14 were cured, 9 had obvious effects, 5 had effects, the rate of clinical cured was 46.67%, the coalescence rate of ulcer was 76.67%, the total effective rate was 93.33%; in the contrast group, 6 were cured, 7had obvious effects, 8 had effects, the rate of clinical cured was 20%, the coalescence rate of ulcer was 43.33%, the total effective rate was 70%. There are difference between the two groups (P<0.05).②With the standard of curative effects in the trad.Ch.medicine: in treat group, 17 were cured, 7 had obvious effects, 5 had effects, the rate of clinical cured was 56.67%, the total effective rate was 93.33%; in treat group, 11 were cured, 6 had obvious effects, 6 had effects, the rate of clinical cured was 36.67%, the total effective rate was 76.67%. There are great difference between the two groups (P<0.05).③Seen the disappear rate of usual symptom and the total effective rate, There are obvious difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compare the treat group with the contrast group, the treat group has obvious advantage in treat ache on stomach, hiccup, excessive gastric acid, peevish emotion, constipation. There are significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The data shown us, Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao may improve the clinicalcal symptom of gastroenterol ulcer patients, release their pain, raise their appetite.④The cases in two groups had obvious improvement on their tongue coating and pulse, but no apparent divergence with their tongue.⑤The diameter of ulcer was shrinked obviously in both groups: In treat groups, 13 were cured, 10 were less than 0.5cm ; in the contrast group, 6 were cured, 6 were less than 0.5cm. There are significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).⑥In treat groups, 21 had been Hp infected, 13 had been clear, 8 had effects, the clear rate of Hp was 14.29%, the total effective rate was 61.9%; in the contrast group, 19 had been Hp infected, 1 had been clear, 8 had effects, the clear rate of Hp was 5.26%, the total effective rate was 47.36%. There are significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The fact told us, the Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao have great function in control and clear the Hp.⑦the compare treat group,the Min cure dosage group,the Max dosage group and UI are 11.33±0.94,10.53±0.91,8.44±0.82,the Max dosage group had best curative effect and had great divergence compare with the compare treat group (P<0.05). The rate of ulcer control were 39.33%,46.33%,59.28%. All the above, the Max dosage group could protect gastroenterol mucosas, lower the UI.⑧The Max dosage group had higher EGF in stomach`s organization and blood serum compare with the compare model group, had intense divergence (P<0.01). And the same to the compare treat group,the Min cure dosage group, but had no great difference among the three groups(P>0.05).⑨The Max dosage group had higher NO in rats` blood serum compare with the compare model group(P<0.01).And the same to the compare treat group,the Min cure dosage group, but had no great difference among the three groups(P>0.05).⑩The Max dosage group had great lower ET in blood plasma compare with the compare model group(P<0.01). And the same to the compare treat group,the Min cure dosage group, but had no great difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:①Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao could mitigate symptoms effectually, heal the gastroenterol ulcer, reduce the course of disease. The side effect on heart,liver,kidney,blood system and other importment organs were not found,and no one were poisoned.②Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao could improve the mature degree of rate gastroenterol ulcer histology, improve the EGF in stomach`s organization and blood serumand the NO in blood serum, reduce the ET in blood plasma. So the Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao the gastroenterol ulcer healed effectually.Generally speaking, Qingrehuashijieduzhongyao has a outstanding curative effect, it helps heal the gastroenterol ulcer effectually, and it is nonpoisonous and have no side effects.
