Study Of The Curative Effect Of JianPiQingReHuaYuFang To Acute Gastric Ulcer And The Influence Of JianPiQingReHuaYuFang To The Expression Of BFGF

Object1, to observe the effect of JianPiQingReHuaYuFang to acute gastric ulcer. 2, to study the influence of JianPiQingReHuaYuFang to the Expression of bEGF During Acetic Gastric Ulcer Healing. Method1, 30 patients of gastric ulcer of PiXuYureZheng are divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group is composed of 15 patients and is cured by JianPiQingReHuaYuFang. Control group is composed of 15 patients and is cured by ranitidine. Separately to observe two group's of effect of gastrcscope and symptom complex of Chinese medicine, symptom after and before remedy. 2, to examined the expression of bFGF in gastric mucosal of treatment group and control group after and before remedy by immunohistochemical methods. Result1, Clinical results indicate : the curative effect of gastrcscope and symptom complex of Chinese medicine have no significant difference with the results of ranitidine. But the rate of recovery and the rate of obvious effect of gastroscope and symptom complex of Chinese medicine of treatment group is above the results of ranitidine. JianPiOingReHuaYuFang is better than ranitidine in improve pain, the pain staying and fixed region , feeling of fullness in the chest upper abdomen, mental debility and disinclination etc. 2, the results of experiments indicates: the Expression of bFGF in gastric mucosal is significant different after and before remedy, the Expression of bFGF in gastric mucosal was strongly positive before remedy, the rate is 70%. theExpression of bFGF in gastric mucosal was weakly positive after remedy, the rate is 63. 4%. The positive signal of bFGF was localized in granu-lation tissues, extracellular matrix(ECM), fibroblasts and endothelial cells, the influence on the Expression of bFGF in gastric mucosal of Chinese medicine have no significant difference with the results of ranitidine.
