The Expression Of MMP-9 And TIMP-1 In The Placenta Of The Women With Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Objective:To study the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the placenta of the women with normal pregnancy and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,we probe into the relationship of incidence mechanism of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and them.Methods:102 samples from hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,40 samples from normal pregnancy,We detect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the placenta by immunohistochemical method.Results:MMP-9 positive expression samples are 65 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group.In normal group are 32.The defference of the two groups is significant(p＜0.05).In the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group,the difference between the gestational hypertension group and preeclampsia mild group and preeclampsia severe group are significant(p＜0.05).TIMP-1 positive expression samples are 68 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group.In normal group samples are 30.The defference of the two groups is insignificant(p＞0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of the expression of MMP-9 and imbalanced of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may be play an important role in the happening of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Expression of MMP-9 may serve as an indicator in predicting of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
