Research On The Method Of Procedure Management In The Quality Of Triage In Emergency

The triage in emergency is an important technology,and its quality immediately influence the whole competitive ability of the hospital.However,the management of the triage is closely related to nursing quality in emergency.It need badly for hospital to seek a work model to fit triage and a method to perform triage quality management reasonablely and feasiblely in order to enhance nursing quality in emergency.The research chooses the third grade hospital as a research foundation and applies the procedure management method to the triage management.It set up the management model and improve medical and nursing quality.Object:It systematically probes into the triage procedure management method according to the mind of procedure management and advancement of procedure management in industry.It makes use of procedure management method,continually modified way in quality and the control theory so as to come up with quality management method in triage,furthermore applies it to the emergency triage,which offer the theoretical foundation to improve the triage working quality.Material and Method:It choose twenty one triage nurse,and five hundred patients as research subjects which see doctor from Jan,2006 to July,2006 of the NO.1 hospital attached to Shah xi medical university.According to the process management theory and method,it takes the pre-post case control study design.Result:1.The triage procedure management has an effect on the triage accturacy rate,the latter is clearly outweigh the former;2.It has an influence on the triage procedure monitoring result,the latter is obviously superior to the former;3.the training of the triage nurse in management knowledge and triage technology may lower the impact on the triage result in educational background,woking experience of triage nurse,and greatly improve the triage quality.Conclusion:It analyzes the triage procedure and sets up the triage procedure model.The two result indexes that the management measure is offered are superior to the former,which suggest the procedure management method can greatly improve the triage quality.It is an efficient method to enhance quality.
