| OBJECTIVE: To approach the effective mechanism of action aboutthe treatment of Osteoarthritis by resveratrol. And through studying andresearching resveratrol interfere in experiment ostarthritis about themodel of rabbit, and the change of composition of interleukin-1βabout therabbit model arthrodial cartilage and synovial membrane cells.METHODS: Preparing 36 albino rabbits, and taking suction 6rabbits randomly as the normalcontrol group, (Group A). Other rabbitsare construct the osteoarthritis model of rabbit above the models of doingby Hulth. After 4 weeks of operation, we confirm the building of theosteoarthritis model is successful by the alter of X-ray and pathology.And then, we take the model rabbits into 5 groups: osteoarthritis modelgroups(Group B); positive medicament control group (Group C); Thehigh dosage test medicament group(Group D1; resveratrol,120mg·(kg·d)-1); The middle dosage test medicament group(Group D2;resveratrol, 60mg·(kg·d)-1); The low dosage test medicamentgroup(Group D3; resveratrol, 30mg·(kg·d)-1); There are 6 rabbits in eachgroups. And giving drugs by pouring stomach in enactment doseage.After 6 weeks, kill the rabbits and cutting the specimen of thighbonecartilage. Taking the specimen dehydration, embedding the specimen inparaffin and slice up. To dry with H.E. We grade the tectology with thechange of articluar cartilage by the methods of Wahitani under themicroscope on the way of double blind.And then we detect the content ofinterleukin-1βthrough observing the number of positive cells ofchondrocytle by the methods of immunity histochemisty.
