| [Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the immature follicleaspiration (IMFA) through transvaginal ultrasound by compared the treatment betweenthe immature follicle aspiration and the oral contraceptive(OC) on polycystic ovariansyndrome(PCOS) with infertility.[Methods] 78 PCOS were divided into research group(32 cases) and controlgroup(46 cases), 32 patients of research group were taken IMFA through transvaginalultrasound, 46 patients of control group were taken the oral contraceptive(Diane-35) onmenstrual 5th' day, compare the effect of two treatment on the index: serum hormonelevels, the basic follicle number and the ovary volume monitored before and aftertreatment, observed the menstrual period and spontaneous ovulation.[Result] The level of testosterone (T),rate of luteinizing hormone (LH) andfollicle stimulating hormone(FSH) of research group were significantly lower afterIMFA. The basic follicle number decreased to less than 10 per ovary and the volume ofovary decreased significantly. 43.8% patients had spontaneous ovulation and menstrualperiod shortened. The control group were all changed in the basic endocrition, basicfollicle number and the ovary volume compared to before treatment, but the spontaneousovulation and menstrual period wasn't better than the research group.[Conclusions] The immature follicle aspiration and the oral contraceptive treatmentcan improve the endocrition, shorten menstrual period, decrease the basic follicle numberand the ovary volume, but IMFA treatment is better than OC in menstrual period andspontaneous ovulation. |
