Objective: Studying HLJD Decoction with transdermal therapeuticon mice of immunosuppression, inorder to provide theoretical basethat it can expand the kind of clinical traditional medicine andenhance absorb methods of clinical medicine.Methods: We divided 40 mice (6-8 weeks) into four groups. These mice have 50% male and 50% female. They were normal group, normal treating group, immunosuppressivegroup and immunosuppressive treating group. The mice in normal group and normal treatinggroup were not modeled. The model of mice were established withcyclophosphamide. Every mouse was gived 0.5ml medicine that itwas mixed 200ml cyclophosphamide and 10ml physiological saline. One/two days, total three times. Its were observed for mice toT Lymphocyte transformation rate, macrophage EA-rosette, TNF-αquantity.Results: Compared with immunosuppressive treating group andimmunosuppressive group the T lymphocyte transformation rate, MΦEA-rosette and TNF-αquantity, in the latter declined obviously andCompared with normal group and normal treating group, the Tlymphocyte transformation rate, MΦEA-rosette and TNF-αquantityquantity in two group is not observed.Conclusion: ULJD Decoction added could elevate the T lymphocytetransformation rate, MΦEA-rosette and TNF-αquantity ofimmunosuppressive mice. Promote subordinate immune functionrecovery, there is obviously improved immune functions toimmunosuppression.
