Objective: Observation of the general situation, clinical manifestations, imaging data and immunological characteristics about systemic lupus erythematosus associated pulmonary hypertension(SLE associated PAH,SLE-PAH),analyze the risk factors of SLE associated PAH,strengthen their awareness of systemic lupus erythematosus associated pulmonary hypertension,in order to facilitate early detection, diagnosis and timely treatment of SLE associated PAH,improve the prognosis of patients. Methods: Collection 200 cases patients with SLE-PAH(114 cases of mild pulmonary hypertension,86 cases of moderate and severe pulmonary hypertension)made in anhui province hospital,in addition to collect suitable for 100 cases of non-SLE-PAH were compared.Comparing the general condition, clinical manifestations, laboratory data and imaging findings of SLE-PAH(PAH group)and non-SLE-PAH(non-PAH group)and SLE with mild pulmonary hypertension(mild PAH group)and SLE with moderate and severe PAH(moderate and severe PAH group)respectively to analyze the risk factors for systemic lupus erythematosus-associated pulmonary hypertension.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in age, gender, and duration of disease between the PAH group(n=200)and the non-PAH group(n=100)(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in age, gender, and duration of disease between the moderate and serious PAH group(n=114)and the mild-PAH group(n=86)(P>0.05).(2)The incidence of lupus nephritis,Raynaud's phenomenon,anti-RNP antibody,anti-CENP-B antibody, multiple serous effusion and interstitial pneumonia were significantly higher in the PAH group than in the non-PAH group(P<0.05).The incidence of Ig A?Ig G were significantly higher in the moderate and serious PAH group than in the mild-PAH group(P<0.05).(3)Logistic regression analysis: Risk for SLE patients companying with PAH were lupus nephritis(OR=2.253;95% CI=1.219~4.164;P<0.05),Raynaud's phenomenon(OR=1.927;95% CI=1.044 ~ 3.556;P<0.05),anti-RNP antibody(OR= 1.842;95% CI=1.053 ~ 3.224;P<0.05),anti-CENP-B antibody(OR=4.830;95% CI=1.308 ~ 17.832;P<0.05),multiple serous effusion(OR=4.418;95 % CI=2.150~9.080;P<0.05)and interstitial pneumonia(OR=2.426;95% CI=1.167~5.043;P<0.05).Conclusion: SLE patients with lupus nephritis,Raynaud's phenomenon,anti-RNP antibody,anti-CENP-B antibody, multiple serous effusion and interstitial pneumonia should be alert to the possibility of PAH and have a high level of Ig A and Ig G are more likely to develop into severe pulmonary hypertension.
