Clinical Observation Of Complex Sophorae Injection Combining With Interventional Therapy On Treating Liver Cancer

PartⅠwe studied the knowledge of Modern Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) to the interventional therapy for Primary Liver cancer. And We discussed the basic and significance of the research.PartⅡclinical study.Objective: To obseve the clinical efficacy of the anticancer Chinese traditional medicine, and discuss the feasibility and advantage of the anticancer Chinese traditional medicine.Methods: 62 patients with stageⅡ-Ⅲliver cancer were brought into this reserch. They were randomly divided into treating group (32 patients) and conctrol group (30 patients). The therapy was every groups all made medcin box under skin and affused HCPTIOmg,THP20mg through the hepatic atery, If, add iodized oil 5-10mg. After 7 days treating group was affusing Complex Sophorae Injection 20ml through the hepatic atery, qd, 21days once. Next five days the two groups all were affusing HCPT10 mg, THP20mg through the hepatic atery chemotherapy anotherso The two groups all were affusing 3 times chemotherapy through the hepatic atery chemotherapy. To compare the volume of tumor, the side effect after therapy, the function of liver, KPS and avoirdupois.Result:according to effective power, there is on distinguish statistical significance between affusion through the hepatic atery with Complex Sophorae Injection combined with TACE and TACE (P＞0.05), but treating group is higher than control group in tumor stable ratio (P＜0.01), while shows no distinguish statistical significance in survival rate. there is no distinguish statistical significance in the digestive response incidence rate (P＜0.05), but there is in the fever, pain in liver and leukocyte(P＜0.05 P＜0.05). according to carnofsky score, there is no distinguish statistical significance between two groups after operation (P＜0.05) there is distinguish statistical significance in the liver function index(P＜0.05 P＜0.05). there is distinguish statistical significance in treating group before and after operation in moist-heat group and moist-stasis group (P~*＜0.05), but no in control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion: it has better curative effect to affused through the hepatic atery with Complex Sophorae Injection combined with TACE to primary live cancer, furthermore, it can restrain the development of tumor, elevate effect and decrease virulence, promote live quality of tumor patient, decrease pain and improve liver function. It is safe and has good tolerance. But it is still necessary to observate its prostecdtive efficacy further.
