| ObjectivesBy monitoring the comparative analysis of primary liver cancer patientsundergoing changes in liver function chemoembolization (transcatheter arterialchemoembolization, TACE) after argon-helium cryoablation surgery and selectivehepatic artery,to explore the indications of treatment of liver cancer with twotreatment methods.MaterialsA retrospective analysis of selective hepatic arterial chemoembolization(transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization, TACE) and argon-helium cryoablationcases. Inclusion criteria:(1) by the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of primaryliver cancer; did not undergo chemotherapy (2) naive patients not under goingchemotherapy;(3) greater than orequal to patients for18y;(4) liver function Childgrade B above normal renal function;(5) expected survival greater than threemonths.Male79cases, female21cases, aged43-74years, mean age63.2years old.Which alpha-fetoprotein (alphafetoprotein, AFP) positive accounted74%(74/100),AFP negative26%(26/100)(serum AFP levels≥400ng/ml consideredpositive); been found metastasis accounted for68%(68/100): portal vein thrombosis accounted for58%(58/100); tumor diameter greater than5cmaccounted for70%(70/100), less than5cm accounted for30%(30/100);single tumor accounted for59%(59/100), multiple tumors accounted for41%(41/100); liver function Child-Pugh grade A accounted for82%(82/100), B-class accounted for18%(18/100). A staging of Barcelona accounted for13%(13/100), B period accounted for62%(62/100), C period accounted for35%(35/100). Detection of two groups at different time points alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), serum total protein (TP), albumin(ALB), serum globulin (GLB) and serum bilirubin changes in indicators.Results:3days after TACE group of patients ALT, AST, D-BIL, T-BIL hassignificantly increased (P <0.01), TP, ALB, GLB unchanged (P>0.05).7daysafter ALT, AST, D-BIL, T-BIL decreased (P <0.01), TP, ALB, GLBunchanged (P>0.05).14days after ALT, AST, D-BIL, T-BIL returned to thepreoperative level (P>0.05), TP, ALB, GLB no significant change (P>0.05).Argon-helium cryoablation group after3days,7days,14days in patients withALT,AST,D-BIL,T-BIL not increased significantly (P>0.05). TP,ALB,GLBdid not change significantly (P>0.05). ATCE group and argon-helium cryotherapycomparison group after three days, ATCE group ALT, AST, D-BIL, T-BILchange significantly greater than the argon-helium cryotherapy group.Conclusions1, the damagement of liver function on RFA is lighter than TACE.2, RFA is preferred for poor liver function in patients.3, TACE is preferred for the patients with larger tumors, better blood supplingand better liver function.4, RFA combined with TACE may get better results. |
