Study Of The Curative Effect Of Tanreqing Injection On The Acute Stage Of Chronic Bronchitis

[Purpose]:To observe the curative effect of Tanreqing Injection on the acutestage of chronic bronchitis, and analyze the relation of the curative effectand the number of leucocyte or the percentage of neutrophil in the blood.[Method]:Based on the randomized controlled trial, to observe the curativeeffect of Tanreqing Injection on the acute stage of chronic bronchitis. We usedTanreqing injection(T) or velosef(X) or Tanreqing injection and veloseftogether(T+X) on 100 patients who were chosen fromthe Emergency Departmentor hospital room in the last eight months and were divided into 3 groups, toobserve the amelioration on the complaints and the signs such as cough, sputum,gasping, wheeze, febrile, dry mouth, chest complaint, tongue demonstrationand pulse tracings. We also observe the impact on the integral of Tanresymptom-complex, and the relation of the curative effect and the number ofleucocyte or the percentage of neutrophil in the blood.[Results]:1. Tanreqing injection can improve the complaints and the signsof the Tanre symptom-complex, T+X can improve to0, and both are better thanvelosef. 2. Different treatment can improve the integral of Tanresymptom-complex, but T+X is better than T and X. 3. The effective powers of threegroup are 71.9％, 73.7％, 90％, The effective power of I+X is higher than others.4. The numbers of leucocyte or the percentages of neutrophil in the blood ofthree groups degrade after different treatment. 5. If the number of leucocytesis less than 10×10~9/L, the curative effect of different treatment does notshow significant correlation with it, but if the number of leucocytes is above10×10~9/L, the higher the number of leucocytes is, the less curative effectTanreqing injection shows. And there is no significant correlation between thecurative effect and the percentages of neutrophil. [Conclusion]: Tanreqing injection is good at anti-infection, relieve fever,eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, etc. lt can improve the amelioration onthe complaints and the signs of Tanre symptom-complex. But if the infectionis serious, its curative effect descends. T+X has the same effect with Tanreqinginjection, and it can also do well when the infection is serious.
