| ObjectivesThis study used a retrospective matched control research methods,Through the collection,collation of previous medical records of AECOPD patients who had received treatment in 2010 December to 2013 December.Extraction and comparison of the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, PaO2,PaCO2,CRP indicators of patients’change before treatment, one week and after the completion of the treatment. Evaluate clinical curative effect of Tanreqing Injection on AECOPD.MethodsUsing a retrospective matched case-control study,Collect medical records of hospitalized patients with AECOPD,These patients had received treatment in the Department of respiration of Wangjing Hospital of China academy of traditional Chinese medicine,These medical records are 2010 December to 2013 December,and they meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The conventional western medicine treatment as the control group(144 cases),and routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Tanreqing treatment as the experimental group(81 cases),Collect two groups of patients with blood routine,blood gas anaIysis,CRP, Record the indexs about these patients before treatment,after a week and after the treatment.Put the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage,PaO2,PaCO2,CRP,the main clinical symptoms improved time and hospitalization days as observation index.Carries on the analysis using the SPSS 19.0 software.Results1. By statistical analysis,after treatment,Two groups of patients with white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage,CRP were improved significantly(P<0.05),But the difference between the two groups before and after the white blood cell count,CRP treatment,the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05),Prove that routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Tanreqing injection can improve the anti infection effect.2. By statistical analysis,after treatment,Analysis of arterial blood gas in patients in experimental group PaO2,PaCO2 were improved(P<0.05),Prompt that the treatment group therapy can improve hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention patients,The control group of arterial blood gas analysis in patients with only PaO2 improved(P<0.05),But the PaCO2 value change in control group there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),Two groups of patients before and after treatment PaO2,PaCO2 were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),But the experimental group was greater than the control group,Prompt that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving patients with hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention overall efficacy.3. The average length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Average length of stay of less than control group and test group.And the average hospitalized days in experimental group less than the control group,Prompt that clinical combined with Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of patients with AECOPD can shorten the course of treatment.4. In two groups of patients after major clinical symptoms improve time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and hospitalized patients in the experimental group after the main clinical symptoms improved time shorter than the control group.Prompt that the combined Tanreqing injection treatment can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with AECOPD in hospital.5. Tanreqing injection combined with Western conventional treatmen proces-s,There were no adverse reaction,Prompt that Tanreqing injection combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine that is safe.ConclusionsBased on the previous AECOPD were retrospectively analyzed in patients with the use of Tanreqing Injection,prove that in clinical combined with Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can improve the main clinical symptoms of patients,and enhance the antibiotic anti infection effect,Improving hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention,Increasing the partial pressure of oxygen in artery,Shorting the hospitalization days,Play the role of the advantages of Chinese Medicine. |
