Influence Of Plus Minus-Gentiana Macrophylla Decoction Upon Pathomorphological Changes Of Membrana Synovialis And IL-6,IFN-γ,NO In The Serum Of Adjuvant Arthritis Rats

Objective: We study the animal model of Adjuvant Arthritis(AA) in rat , and explore the mechanisms of Plus Minus-Gentiana Macrophylla decoction in treating Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)by observeing the effects on the phological and immunologic changes.Method: In model control group, rats were intracutaneously injected with 0.1ml of Freung's Complete Adjuvant in the voix pedis of right metapodium. TripterginumWilfordiiHook.F(TWHF) is positive control medicine.And then in the following experiment,the content of IL-6,IFN-γin the serum of AA rats has been detected through E1ISA; the content of NO in the serum of AA rats has been detected through Griese;the pathomorphological changes of membrana synovialis were assayed through light microscope.Result: The experimental result shows that Plus Minus-Gentiana Macrophylla decoction has the following effects:1 The pathomorphological changes of membrane synovialis were significantly improved after treatment.2 The content of IL-6,IFN-γ,NO in the serum of AA rats were significantly restrained after treatment.Conclusion: Plus Minus-Gentiana Macrophylla decoction' adjustment may be related with its inhibition of IL-6,IFN-γ,NO and improvement of pathomorphological changes of membrane synovialis. Plus Minus-Gentiana Macrophylla decoction is a effective medicine in cure of Rheumatoid Arthritis .
