TNF and IL-1 in rat literal ELISA kit; YLS-7B toe volume meter; TGL20M- II tabletop centrifuge; i MARK microplate, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix paeoniae. caused by injection of freund’s adjuvant in rat model of adjuvant arthritis in rats in normal control group, other groups outside by a good dose of conversion : ibuprofen suspension 63mg/kg gavage. Pharmacognostic 17.325g/kg of guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction group IG, Pharmacognostic 21g/kg IG plus blood-activating drugs group,The group at 1 weeks after injection induced inflammation and started medication, a total of 3 weeks of administration, executed based on the experiment after 4 weeks. General condition of observation on rat foot swelling, heat pain threshold, spleen coefficient and the level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin 1beta.Results: 1 general conditions :Before making the Model jumps in each group dynamic, aftermaking a poor diet, there hugs, foot swelling late treatment group reduced, slightly energy,modest changes in weight of each group. 2 Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs can significantly lower the foot-plate swelling in rats with AA, spleen coefficient,were significantly lower than those in model Group( P<0.01),significantly less than the original group( P<0.01),Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs group of thermal pain threshold significantly higher than that in model Group( P<0.01). 3 Activating blood drugs is a good supplement to the original recipe in treating RA.Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs group of Pathologic slices,most obvious Proliferation of Vascular wing and raised and swelling subside, synovium and synovial cells in the treatment group compared with the smallest number. 4Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs group in rat tissues,proinflammatory cytokine TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta content was obviously lower than that in model Group( P<0.01), significantly less than the original party group( P<0.01).Conclusion:1Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs has obvious effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats,to reduce the number of inflammatory mediators and inflammatory cells, and proliferation of cultured synovial pannus reduction and to improve local conditions and alleviate the inflammatory reaction:Dehumidification of guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction swelling, accompanied by blood-activating drugs and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and reducing swelling; guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction has good analgesic effects of blood-activating drugs; the original parties after adding and activating blood circulation drugs of activating blood detumescence, regulate immune function of spleen; guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and activating blood drugs through the feng and shi can cure swelling, dehumidification,huoxuezhitong and has obvious curative effect. 2 Of guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and blood-activating prescription was better than the original parties,by lowering levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta and improve immune function,it is mainly realized through the regulation of cytokine and anti-inflammatory effects:in the original based on the use and blood-activating drugs could cut IL-1 and TNF levels and improve blood circulation,also inhibit platelet activation and analgesic effects,The original parties long wet and warm clearing heat and expelling feng and han, removing blood stasis and the weak,And activating blood drugs to help the party list evil, for the Blood Stasis due to disease, the symptoms. 3 Activating blood circulation drugs is a good supplement to the original recipe in treating RA.
