The Analysis And Countermeasure Of The Medical Ethics Issue In The Process Of Harmonious Society

The 4th central committee meeting of Party's 16th National Congress put forward a clear new concepts : the building of a harmonious society. Building a socialist harmonious society proposes not only new requirement but also a new perspective for building medical ethics. General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out: Can achieve a harmonious society and a country can achieve long-term stability, to a large extent depends on all members of society to the ideological and moral qualities. No common ideals and beliefs, without good moral standards, it is impossible to achieve social harmony. Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, China's various undertakings is in the constant development and progress. But there are some bad things such as money worship, hedonism, and other people lave a right not to be ignored negative impact. This negative impact has also affected the health department, and prominently shown as that some medical staff has deviation in concept of life, values and moral, serious problem in professional ethics, patient contradictions ever sharper. So, in terms of building a socialist harmonious society, or from practical needs of resolving the ethical issues in the medical staff, the problem of building medical ethics is an issue of special concern to us.From the perspective of building a harmonious socialist society, under the theoretical guidance of Marxism, comprehensively using ideological and political education, medical ethics and other related disciplines theory, this paper deeply discuss the problem of medical ethics in our country in the process of building a harmonious society. This paper is divided into three parts : the first part deals with the current medical ethics issues, such as cold-shoulder treatment to patients, slipshod work style, induced deceive patients, "eat, take, block, ask". The second part analysis the reasons of these problems, such as the negative impact of extreme utilitarian view under the conditions of market economy, generalization of defensive medical, ineffectiveness of medical ethics education, feeble supervision for medical ethics, and the public health systems. The third part proposes the solution for the medical ethics issues: raising awareness of the importance of building; building new concept of medical ethics which can embody the new spirit of the era; strengthening and improving medical ethics education, improving the effectiveness of medical ethics education; guiding medical staff strengthening their medical ethics; improving the supervision system of medical ethics; establishing and improving health systems.
