Since the beginning of reform and opening up, massive rural people migrate into urban as the mobile population policy has gradually loosened. According to statistics, there are 125 million migrant workers in urban in the year 2005, accounted for a quarter in all rural people. The broad masses of migrant workers make contributions to the city, to promote economic and social development with a strong backing. Meanwhile, the value created by these people was brought back to their hometowns, bringing a powerful support for economic development of hometowns. The work and lives of migrant workers attract people's attention from all walks of the society. How they can really integrate into city life and share the same public goods as local residents, this is an urgent problem need to be solved .Public products plays an important role for a city's economic development and social stability, which can not be ignored. For a long time, public goods are provided by the Government, whether the needs of individuals for their own products are effectively met or not is concerned about greatly, areas in the provision of public goods is rarely involved. With the further development of the socialist market economy,urban residents, especially migrant workers, their demands for public goods have gradually increased after basic survival needs are met. Under this background, it has visible practical significance to take a further research of the supply mechanisms of public goods. Through the theoretical research and empirical analysis of providing forms of health services, in light of China's public health services for migrant workers in the specific circumstances, the purpose of this paper is to explore ways to provide public health service suite to the current realities.The main content of this paper is to analyse how to provide health care and other services for migrant workers in a better way from the angle of supply mechanism. From the perspective of Policy functions and Relations of Government, Medical institutions and Medical insurance institutions, to proof of the delivery of government subsidies provided to the market supply efficiency systematically.
