Investigation And Study On Obesity Of Adolescent In Changchun

The rate of juvenile obesity is gowing ,which will be a severe public health problem.The juvenile obsety is occupying earlier epidemic stage in China.A lot of evidence indicate:the dangerous and consequence of obesity can't be ignored.So ,study on correlation factor and constribution of juvenile obesity is very important work in our country.Objective:Use health examination sheet and blood serum from 15 shools in Changchun as subject.By statistics body height,body weight and chest circumference,analysis growth and development state in different age stage and different region(city and countryside).By determine the leptin,immunoglobulin and hydrocortisone,analysis the relationship between obesity and leptin, Invest the immune function effect by obesity. establish further explorate and utilize for obese mechanism and therapy.Methods:1. Analysis the development of adolescent in ChangchunBy statistics body height,body weight and chest circumference,analysis growth and development state in different age stage and different region(city and countryside). At some time ,use BMI evaluate the obesity of adolescent .According to the standardization of WHO ,calculate the rate of obesity in in different age stage.2. Experimental study on relevant factors of juvenile obesityChoose 161 from above-mentioned examination as object.which contains 83 obesity adolescents and 78 normol adolescents. Use ELISA to determine the content of leptin.Choose 100 from above-mentioned examination as object.which contains 50 obesity adolescents and 50 normol adolescents. Use immuno-turbidimetry to determine the content of IgG,IgM and IgA and use radio-immunity to determine the content of hydrocortisoneResults:1. Following with the growth,the body height,body weight and chest circumference of adolescent shew liner grow tendency.Comepare city with countryside, body height and chest circumference don't have difference obviously,except body weight.The rate of obesity is 13. 49%, and will be growing with the grow up of adolescent.The most high rate was 26.3%,when the boy or girl come to the gread 3 in middle shool., The group of city's IMB is much higher than the group of countryside's(P<0.001)2. The group of obesity's leptin is much higher than the group of normal's(P<0.001). The relationship between serum Leptin and BMI had the higher correlation, the correlation coefficient is r=0.909. The regression equation is Y=15.739+0.338X.3. The group of obesity's IgG,IgA is much higher than the group of normal's (P<0.01) ,and the group of city's IgM is little higher than the group of countryside's (P>0.05) , don't have the statistically significant4. The group of obesity's hydrocortisone is much higher than the group of normal's (P<0.05) .Conclusions:1. According to the survey of growth and development of adolescent ,we can understand that following with the growth,the index of body shew liner grow tendency,the development of body constitution has synchronism.fit the law of development of adolescent.beacause of the difference with food construction and sport ,It makes the rate of obesity of city group is much higher than countryside group.and rate of obesity is highest in gread 3 of middle shool. 2. Obese adolescents have existed leptin-resistant, and the mechanism of leptin-resistant need fouther approach.3. Immune function of obese adolescents not less than the normal adolescents sometime.The immune effect of obesity is a synthetic action by secretory system and immune system,and the further effect need comfirm later.
