A Research On The Developmental Changes Of Adolescent Obese And The Changing Characters Of Correlative Hormones In Obese Girls

1 ObjectivesThe occurrence of adolescent obese has the rising trends under the social background of quickly development of economic around our province. This article fistly deals with the analysis of character rules and developmental changes during the development of the students in primary and middle schools;then study deeply on the effects of genetic factors in their development. We also studied the level changes of puberty-associated hormones in obese girls .All above will supply the theoretical foundation for the diathesis of adolescent and for the decision-making of school health procedure.2 Methods2.1 We selected the 7～18year-old male and female students of the Han nationality in Zhenzhou,Xinxiang,and Zhoukou city as the study objects,the data are from 5 investigations to the Henan students during 1985 to 2005; there are 14 686cases in 1985,14 434cases in 1991,11 856cases in 1995,16 460cases in 2000,11 196cases in 2005,68 632cases in sum. All the examinations and technologies must be performed under the ((Inspecting Manual of Chinese Students' Diathesis and Health Conditions)) .2.2 We seleted several middle school students of first class in Zhengzhou city as the objects for mesurement of children's body high, weight, and BMI. The questionnaire were provided to them for finding out the family background and their development experiences of children. Then,the secondary obese which were resulted from endosecretory diseases, central nerve diseases,and drug-induced obese. Otherwise,their parents'body high, weight,and BMI were detected. In sum, 204 samples that included 99 cases of obese group,and 105cases of control group were reached. Their fast blood were collected for the mesurement of Leptin, Insulin, and soluble leptin receptor(sOB-R).2.3 Choosing 100 normal body weight and obese girls of 10～15 year-old to carry out the physique measurement, family and dietary background investigation. Then the serum levels of leptin,soluble leptin receptor,insulin,c-p,T,E2, FSH, LH,etc. were studied.3 Results3.1 Compared to that in the year of 1985, the body weights,body heights, and development levels of the male and female urban students of 1～18 year-old,were promoted in different degree. The increased average body height of urban male and female students were 4.69cm and 3.29cm respectively; the increased body weight were large to 8.96kg and 5.35kg respectively.3.2 Compared to the year of 1985,the total increased levels of body height and weight about 7～18 year-old students during the last 11 years were lowered but urban male students.3.3 The menarche occurrence of urban female students were brought ahead during the year of 1985 to 2005.3.4 The detection rates of obese within the urban students were significantly increased during the last 20 years. The total detection rate of obese within the students of 7～18 year-old were increased 5.51 percentage. Otherwise,the detection rate of obese boy always higher than that of girls.3.5 The correlation test of BMI between the parents and children: The BMI, body height, body weight had significant correlation between parents and children. The correlation of male students were higher than female students. About BMI and body weight, the correlation between mothers and sons were higher than that of fathers.3.6 On the basis of t-test, the levels of Leptin, sOB-R, Insulin in obese group had no significance versus that in control group, which indicated that obese parents had no effects to Leptin,sOB-R,Insulin of children.3.7 The E2 and LH levels had significance versus that of the control group, but the levels of T and FSH had no significance between the two groups.3.8 The levels of Leptin,sOB-R, FLI, Insulin, C-p of the two groups had difference significantly(P<0.01).3.9 The serum levels of Leptin, sOB-R, FLI, E2, LH, and BMI of children with different bone ages had difference significantly by variance analysis.4 Conclusions4.1 The economic of Henan Province during 1985～2005 had developed faster than before. The nutrition condition of the students had improved significantly,so their physical development had also improved year by year,sex development ripened in advance too.4.2 Obesity of parents had surely effects on children' s obese.4.3 The levels of Leptin, sOB-R, and Insulin in the children's body had no changes if the parents were obese or not.4.4 The secretory levels of sex development-associated hormones had changed in the body of obese girls compared with the control group.
