Objective : Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is the most common type of retinal detachment, the postop. vosion is different, mainly because whether or not the preop. macula flava detaches and the time ,or the mode of operation ,or the degree of the fluid absorption under the neuro-epithelium of macula flava, or the change of macula flava construction, or the change of index of eye refraction. This study will research the relation between vision and OCT and wavefront aberration Postop. rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods:Use the OCT which is produced by the company of Carl Zeiss on the basis of the principle of Michelson interference ,and use the instrument of WASCA wavefront aberration which is also produced by the company of Carl Zeiss on the basis of the principle of Hartmann-Shack, randomly choose forty three patients of non-complex rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who accept the operation of retinal replacement and recheck competely , separate them to 3 groups according to the history, the first group is <3days,the second group is between 3days to 180days, the third group is >180days,make the OCT and wavefront aberration and statistics to the results.Results:1. The vision of the postop. patients is negatively correlation with the residual fluid under the retina and the detachment height of the neuro-epithelium and the thickness of the neuro-epithelium,and degrade fllowing the time.The contrast of the detachment height of the neuro-epithelium and the thickness of the neuro-epithelium between the 3 groups has statistics significance(p<0.05).2. The spherical degree, column degree, high order aberration, horizontal coma, vertical coma and spherical aberration of the operated eyes all increase, and degrade fllowing the time.. The 3 groups have notable difference(p>0.05).Conclusions:1. The postop. of the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment spreaded to the macu -la flava, the retinal repositioned, the reason of the postop. vision has bad reablement is the chang of the macula flava,which is confirmed by the OCT, it contains.the detach -ment of the neuro-epithelium and the pigment epithelium ,the cystoid macular edema and the foremembrane of macula flava .2. The resule of the wavefront aberration discovers that except the changes of spherical degree and column degree, the high order aberration, horizontal coma, vertic -al coma and spherical aberration of the operated eyes also increase. The OCT and the wavefront aberration can more finenessly, more objectively explain the reason of the postop. vision has bad reablement.
