OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical data of Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy patients in the Second affiliated hospital and review the correlated literature. METHODS We analysis the data of CIDP patients, who treated in our hospital from 2004.11-2005.9. RESULT We get 14 patients' data ,the age, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination of them are consistent with the reports of overseas. The diagnose of these patients were all consistent with The European Federation of Neurological Societies/Peripheral Nerve Society Guideline* on management of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy. But partial patients had the wrong diagnoses at the beginning. CONCLUSION The clinical manifestation of CIDP is multiplicity, and the diagnose still have a lot of difficulties. We should use more and more advanced methods to help us to diagnose and treat our patients.
