Bq Injection Pharmacodynamic Study

Cerebral infraction is a frequently-occuring disease which badly hazardous people's health, develop an effective medicine which be used to cure infarct brain has an important economic and social meanings.BQ Injection is a new medicine developed by Research center of Plant Medicine Refined Processing, have removing blood stasis effect and be used to cure infarct brain .The effect of BQ Injection on cerebral infarction were studied in this article. We observe the effect of therapy according to copy acute incompletion cerebral ischemia model in rats, focal cerebral ischemia model in rats and observe the effect of BQ Injection on narcotic dog's blood flow. At the same time we discuss the functionary principle according to observe the effect of BQ Injection on hemorrheology, function of platelet and the content of LD and MDA.ligating and snipping both common carotids was used to make acute incomplete cerebral ischemia model in rats. After 3 hours, the postoperative rats were executed. The result revealed that BQ Injection 22mg/kg, 44mg/kg could significantly decreased brain water content and brain index. 。The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) using a suture method.The neurological deficits score of each rat was evaluated at 4 and 24 hours after surgery, brain water content and the rate of cerebral infarction were measured. The results showed that BQ Injection in any dose could significantly lighten neurological deficits score at 24h and 22mg/kg, 44mg/kg BQ Injection could reduce brain water content .11mg/kg, 22mg/kg, 44mg/kg BQ Injection could significantly reduce the rate of cerebral infarction.Separate to anesthesia dog 's vertebral and carotid , And connect an electromagnetic flowmeter's detector which have a fitting diameter to the vertebral and carotid .we use this method to mearure blood flow of vertebral and carotid.then according to the formula to calculate ICF and ICR .The results showed that BQ injection could significantly increase ICF. At the same time BQ injection could significantly decrease ICR.
