| Objective: Through the investigation and analysis on the the epidemiologic feature of chronic disease of the people who applied for enterprose medical insurance in Dalian, we can provide scientific evidence for precaution , regulation and to formulate medical care assurance measure for chronic disease.Methods: 13012 health examination data or people who applied for enterprose medical insurance were investigated by randomization, then assembled their clinical data and result of health examination, taked the result into database, and did analysis by SPSS11.5.Results:1. The distribution of chronic diseaseHypertension had the max detection rate in the simple chronic disease ,which detection rate was 37.14%. The detection rate of hypertension together with diabetes was 28.57%,and it was the max detection rate in multi-chronic disease.The rate of simple chronic disease and multi- chronic disease got close to 1:1.2. The detection information of complication of hypertensive disease(1) The detection rate of retinopathy was the highest(66.27%), then were stroke and coronary artery disease(52.17%).(2)The detection rate of retinopathy and diabetic of female were higher than male(p<0.01). The detection rate of cerebral apoplexy and coronary artery disease of male were higher than female(p<0.01). The detection rate of nephronia had no difference between female and male.(3) The detection rate of retinopathy , stroke and diabetic increased with the increasing of age(p<0.01). The detection rate of coronary artery disease increased with the decreasing of ages(p<0.01). The detection rate of nephronia had no significant relation with age.(4) The detection rate of retinopathy , stroke and nephronia increased with the increasing of course of disease(p<0.01). The detection rate of diabetic increased with the decreasing of course of disease(p<0.01). The detection rate of coronary artery disease had no significant relation with age.3. The detection information of complication of diabetic(1)The detection rate of hypertensive disease was the highest(72.22%), then was retinopathy (48.98%).(2) The detection rate of hypertensive disease ,retinopathy , coronary artery disease and stroke of female were higher than male. The detection rate of retinopathy , stroke and diabetic increased with the increasing of age. The detection rate of hypertensive disease increased with the decreasing of course of disease. Hypertensive disease and stroke take place very early,and the detection rate of hypertensive disease was 80.15% and stroke was 10.15% when the course of diabetic still lower than 5 years.4. The analysis of the consequence of auxiliary examinationThere had abnormality of auxiliary examination in chronic disease. The abnormal detection rate of electrocardiogram was highest in coronary artery disease. The abnormal detection rate of pathoglycemia in Biochemistry examination was highest in diabetes. The abnormal detection rate of triglyeride in Biochemistry examination was highest in hypertensive disease and coronary heart disease.Conclusions:1. The three chronic disease can happen alone, had also can take place concurrence. Hypertension had the max detection rate in the simple chronic disease ,and the detection rate of hypertension together with diabetes was highest.So ,we should pay attention to control blood pressure together with treatment of diabetes.2. Many kinds of complications can be caused by hypertension,and the detection rate of retinopathy was hightest.There were significant relation of complications with age and gender.It shows that we should think highly of the prophylaxis, Screening and early treatment.3. Many kinds of complications can be caused by diabetes , and the detection rate of hypertension was hightest. Hypertensive disease and stroke take place very early, The hazardous of diabetes to old female was higher.So it was significant to early diagnosis and treat diabetic.4. There had abnormality of auxiliary examination in chronic disease. It explained that there had been disfunction of organ when taking examination.So we should thinkhighly of protecting kidney and liver. |
