Objective1 To investigate the difference of CRP level in blood serum between post-menopause female CHD patients and non-CHD patients2 To investigate the difference of blood lipid level between post-menopause female CHD patients and non-CHD patients3 To investigate the difference of E2 level in blood serum between and non-CHD patients4 To determine the relations among the level of CRP, Blood lipids and E2 in blood serum5 To evaluate the correlations between the levels of CRP, Blood Lipids, E2 and post-menopause female CHD patients respectively.6 To detect the predictive value of CRP in post-menopause female CHD patients. MethodsOne hundred of cases of the research , aged 47-75 year-old, were post menopausal and selected in in-patients department during 2005. 6-2006.7., 79 cases of which were detected by PCI .They were all excluded from infectious disease, gynecological disease, HIV, AIDs and TIA problems without operation history within one month and surgical problems.All the patients were divided into 2 groups, CHD group and non-CHD group. 55...
