OBJECTIVE Many antibiotic drugs are used in clinic, and their antibiogram, mechanisms and pharmacokinetics are different. Unreasonable use of these drugs will cause antibiotic abuse. It is common to use antibacterials to prevent infections for cesarean section patients. These patients need not only prevent from postoperative infections and complications, but also avoid harmful effects to infants and newborns from antibacterials. Therefore it is important to study the reasonable applications of antibacterials for perioperative period cesarean section patients.Cesarean section is classed to be depuratory-pollution operation grouped II, in which bacteria pollution is possible. Besides enough preoperative preparations, asepsis, exactitude and shortcut operative procedure, minimal operation trauma, deliberate postoperative care, rational nutrition, reasonable applications of antibacterials are important to decrease postoperative infection. In NEW COMPILE MEDICA, it is suggested that pregnant women in the first trimesters must not take Tinidazole and be careful to use it afterward; lactational women must not take Tinidazole too. At present, some cesarean section patients need to take Tinidazole to prevent anaerobic infection for their long-time rupture of membrane. But whether or not and when newborns should be suckled during their mother taking Tinidazole is uncertain. Materal breast-fed is highly recommended in recent years, especially beestings is significant nutrients for newborns. So how to...
