Objective: To investigate the mechanism of acute kidney inadequacy induced by liver ischemia/reperfusion in Wistar rats, the contents of TNF-a in liver and kidney tissue and of MPO, MDA, SDH, LDH and LD in kidney tissue were observed. Methods: 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, which were control group, ischemia 30min group, reperfusion following ischemia 30 min group and 2,4,6hours reperfusion following ischemia 30 min groups. The contents of TNF-a in liver and kidney tissue were detected by radioimmunassay, meanwhile the contents of SDH, LDH, LD, MPO and MDA in kidney tissue were detected by test box of Nanjing jiancheng. Result: Compared with CTL, I group, the contents of TNF-a in liver and kidney tissue were statistic significance in I/R, I/R2h, I/R4h, I/R6h group (P<0.05).Compared with CTL group, the content of MPO in kidney tissue was significantly statistic significance in I/R2h, I/R4h, I/R6h group (P<0.05). Compared with CTL, I, I/R, I/R2h group, the content of MDA in kidney tissue in I/R4h, I/R6h group was significantly statistic significance (P<0.05). Compared with CTL group, the activity of SDH in kidney tissue in I, I/R, I/R2h, I/R4h, I/R6h group was obviously statistic significance (P<0.05). Compared with CTL group, the activity of LDH in kidney tissue was significantly statistic significance in I, I/R, I/R2h group (P<0.05) and was obviously statistic significance in I/R4h, I/R6h group compared with I/R2h group (P<0.05).Compared with CTL group, the content of LD in kidney tissue was significantly statistic significance since I group (P<0.05), especially...
