| ObjectivePeople drink water every day, but water pollution becomes more and more serious in recent years .So far ,some mutagenic substances and carcinogens have been detected in the chlorinated drinking water .Many studies showed that chlorinated drinking water had stronger mutagenicity than surface water .To study of the effects of organic extractions of drinking water on the genital system in mice ,a research takes surface water and terminal tap water in same waterworks as the object ,as the same time adopts experiment animal ,observes the hurt that organic extractions of surfaces water and tap water result in the genital system in mice .Pass the comparison of the organic extractions of surface water and tap water ,it may offer the basis for evaluating the quantity of tap water .Methods200 liters surface water sample and terminal tap water sample of a same waterworks were collected in plentiful water period and withered water period. First ,organic extractions of surface water and tap water is enriched by XAD-16 macroporous resin.
