| Objective: To study the radiation-protective effects of soyisoflavone ,soyasaponins and soybean compound in radiated mice from gamma rays in several research and approach their mechanism of action then to compare their interfere in effects.Methods:Acording to the basic principles of Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food and Pharmacological Experimental Methodology, Five batches normal male KunMing mice ,every batch of mice was evenly randomized into six groups according to body weight: normal control group, radiated control group, and four intervention groups. In the course of experimentation, four intervention groups were given different doses of soybean complex for 30 day. First experiment: the whole body of mice group were irradiated by 3.0Gyγ-rays once except normal control group, WBC contents was measured on the 3th, 14th day after radiation. Second experiment: the whole body of mice group were irradiated by 5.0Gyγ-rays once except normal control, the Granulocytes and the Micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes in bone-marrow were measured on the 3th day after radiation. Third experiment: the whole body of mice group were irradiated by 5.0Gyγ-rays once except normal control, the peritoneal macrophage was observed on the 3th day after radiation. Forth experiment: the whole body of mice group were irradiated by 2.0Gyγ-rays once except normal control, the hemolysin contents of blood serum was observed on the 3th day after radiation. Fifth experiment: the whole body of mice group were irradiated by 7.0Gyγ-rays once except normal control,the SOD activities and the MDA contents of blood and liver tissue in mice were irradiated on the 7th day after radiation.Test data were statistical by analysis of variance.Results: Compared with normal control group, not only the WBC,the Granulocytes and the Micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes in bone-marrow but also the peritoneal macrophage of mice are reduce byγ-rays radiation. The hemolysin contents of blood serum and the SOD activities are decrease. The MDA contents of liver tissue in mice are increase.Compared with radiated control group, the WBC of high and low doses of soybean complex groups, soyisoflavone group and soyasaponin group are respectively increased during observation period after radiation(P < 0. 05).And in four intervention groups,the Granulocytes in bone-marrow are significantly increased (P < 0. 05) , the Micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes in bone-marrow are significantly decreased(P < 0. 05), the peritoneal macrophage and the hemolysin contents of blood serum are increased significantly after radiation. In addition,the SOD activities of blood and liver tissue are significantly increased (P < 0. 05),and as well as the MDA contents of blood are decreased compared with radiated control groups(P < 0. 05).There are no effects on mice weight after given soybean extract for 30 days. Enough dose soybean extract could decrease losing weight by irradiation to some degree.Conclusion:Soybean extract have no effects on mice growth and could prevent the WBC in distal blood and the Granulocytes in bone-marrow decrease after radiation, increase the peritoneal macrophage and the hemolysin contents of blood serum, restrain the produce of the Micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes, increase the antioxidant ability of radiated mice,and release the irradiation injury fromγ-rays.Taking soybean compound including soyisoflavone and soyasaponin, same dose soyisoflavone, same dose soyasaponin conld release the irradiation injury. The intervention effects about them are close and we should continue to study and research.The preventive irradiation injury effects of high dose soybean compound are better than low dose. The reason about it is that soyisoflavone and soyasaponin of soybean compound have function of antioxygen.Our test provided scientific evidence for use of soybean compound in health food and medicine field. |
