| Objective: To investigate the difference of serum biochemical index between preoperative and postoperative examination in the pancreatic cancer patients. To assess the value of relative index in judging the property of pancreatic tumor, and in predicting the prognosis of pancreatectomy ect.Method: 43 cases from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2005 were collected in the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University in a retrospective investigation. According to the pathological findings and other accessory examinations, subjects were divided into two groups, namely pancreatic cancer group and benign pancreatic tumor group, 22 cases and 21 cases respectively. Compare and analyze the serum biochemical index and CA19-9 between two groups and their change after operation.Result: There is significant difference of TBIL TG CA19-9 CEA between two groups , and between preoperative and postoperative examination of pancreatic cancer patients(P<0.05), which is closely related with the property of pancreatic disease. There is no statistical meaning inTBIL,TG between preoperative and postoperative examination. While significant difference is demonstrated in CA19-9, CEA between preoperative and postoperative examination(P<0.05).Conclusion: CA19-9 and CEA, which are the diagnostic indexes of pancreatic cancer, are closely related to the differentiation of benign tumor and cancer in pancreas. The comparison of TBIL, TG, CA19-9, CEA ect. is valuable in the research of pancreatic cancer mark and in deciding the effect of treatment. |
