Objective:Based on the dog bone defect model implanted four different components of bone substitute materials to compare several different materials into bone results.Researchi autologous bone and Bio-Oss about what the ratio of mixed bone implanted into effect the most ideal.Method :Anesthetized dog bilateral extraction of mandibular bicuspid,suture(NO. P1 -P4).12weeks after the incision under anesthesia mandibular mucosa,dogs were prepared on both sides og the mandibular waterloo plant, implant titanium nails.Then in the manufacture of implants buccal 2mm wide 3mm thick 1.5mm high bone defect . P1 position defect with the collection of autologous bone filling, P2 position with two-thirds of autologous bone and bone meal mixed filling 1/3Bio-Oss , P3 third position with autologous bone and bone meal mixed filling 2/3Bio-Oss , P4 position with Bio-Oss bone meal simply filling . Autologous bone preparation plant from Waterloo collected bone chips . Finally, in all the left-growing region in all the coverage of titanium film, all right planting coverage collagen membrane . all tightly wound suture . 17 weeks after the death of all dogs , shooting oral X-ray and producing titanium screw with the hard tissue biopsy. Measure each sample of net bone formation , statistical Analysis Software.Results:1.General visual inspectionFour dogs test after 332 implants have no infection ,graft wound healing .2.ImagingobservationBuccolingual Two membrane covering the region with bone implant close, bone desity increased slightly.Distal:Bmd around the implants were slightly higher ,Fibrous disarranged.3.Histological observationsBio-Oss bone with a hard new bone tissue section with the majority of the trabecular bone disouder constitute.All autologous bone repair the defect hard tissue biopsy has similar perfoumance.4.Quantitative analysisP1 to P4 location of the percentage of new bone was no significant difference.Conclusion:1.Autologous bone repair bone defects is the best inplant materals.2.The four graft new bone percentage statistically no difference.3.Collagen membrane and membrane titanium bone graft material in guided bone regeneration can be provided with a satisfactory result.
