Worm Chrysalis on Minimal Residual Leukemia RatsObjective: To investigate the influence of co-amino acids extracted from silk Worm chrysalis on minimal residual leukemia rats' hemogram, the coefficient of spleen, liver and thymus gland, T lymph-cell subpopulation, Natural killer cell, cytokine, apoptosis of spleen cell, nucleated cell of bone marrow and life span, and to explore the mechanism of co-amino acids extracted from silk Worm chrysalis in treating minimal residual leukemia rats from immunologic and Apoptosis mechanism. Methods: To establish minimal residual leukemia model by injecting Cytoxan 250mg/kg to transferable L7212 leukemia rats' abdominal cavity. Sixty 615 mice were randomly divided into six group: the normal group, the MRL model group, the 6-MP group, the COAA group, the Combination of COAA and 6-MP group, the Combination of SD COAA and 6-MP group, The MRL model rats had been respectively given distilled water, 6-MP, COAA, COAA and 6-MP, SD COAA and 6-MP for 8 days, and killed to test the contents of hemogram, organ coefficient, T lymph-cell subpopulation, Natural killer cell, cytokine, apoptosis of spleen cell, nucleated cell of bone marrow. Other forty 615 mice were randomly divided into four group: the MRL model group, the 6-MP group, the COAA group, the Combination of COAA and 6-MP group, the methods of make model and medication is the same, to observe life span. Results: 1. The number of white blood cell, bone marrow nucleated cell and the coefficient of spleen and thymus gland of rats in the COAA group was...
